My commissions!

Hii :pIf you’re reading this then it means you’ve expressed interest in a commission/ have a commission on the go !!Here is some information about my working process, my TOS and generally what you can expect from me!
Below is my commission form- you can fill this out to get a noncommittal quote from me!


How I work/process and expectations

  • Once the first payment is received I will create a mood-board with the proposed face up/ hair colour/fabric for your order

  • Once that’s approved I will order all the supplies needed for your order

  • these generally take a week to arrive to me so don’t panic if you don’t hear from me during the first week

  • Once the supplies are here I will begin rerooting this will take 3-4 days

  • Boil washing and hair drying will take 1 day

  • Painting your order will take 2-3 days

  • The outfit for your order can be dependent but no more than two weeks

  • Once your order is complete I will hold it for no more than five days to get any videos and pictures before packing.

  • As it stands I only take PayPal for my orders or direct bank transfer.

  • Split payments are to be made in no more than 3

  • Each order will come with, a mystery sticker, mystery print, business card and stand.

  • Orders will take 4-6 weeks to complete and photos will be sent at every stage of the process

  • shipping is from the uk and can take up to 6 weeks

  • How do I order ?

  • How will my order be packed?

Your order will come in a cardboard box, with bubblewrap, tissue paper, a business card, how to care for your order card and stickers as well as a free print. Your order will be bubble wrapped and then further bubble protected in the box!

  • How often will I receive updates about my order ?

You will receive updates everytime I make progress, the first thing is the moodboard then I’ll send an update when supplies arrive, when I start re rooting, finishing rerooting ect !

  • Can I change my split payment date ?

I understand things come up and will change where I can, but I work my schedule and taking commissions on based on the split payment dates for current customers orders! I can change dates with given notice ideally 4 days or more notice of a change of date!


terms of service

  • Pay up front for orders unless a payment plan is in place

  • Product will be delivered to address provided.

  • Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered/ once it’s handed to the postal service

  • Customer has right to revisions and changes at the moodboard creation stage.

  • Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion, any in depth changes will require reimbursement for the hours spent doing said changes

  • Must be paid in GBP

  • Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 3 months,or when work has not been completed within 6 months

  • Customer is required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.

  • Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.

  • Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.


TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [JULY 2025]
This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront.
3. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
4. Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.
5. Certain types of work do not allow for a split payment. In such cases customer will be informed about this and will be asked to agree on a different payment schedule, before any work can commence.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
6. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered to address provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.
7. Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.
8. Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, loss of parcel, or any complications associated with the postal delivery of the product
8a. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller cannot garuantee a remedy to any damage to the product but will offer solutions and partial refunds where necessary and applicable.
REVISIONS
9. Customer has the right to revisions in the sketching phase/mood-board phase.
10. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of edits throughout the process. Any large changes must be told within a reasonable time frame and with haste. If this is not upheld Seller will ask for a reimbursement of their time spent correcting late revisions. Any such increase will be paid separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
11. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in GBP
12. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.
13. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's GBP account is equal to the invoice amount in GBP
REFUND POLICY
14. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for three consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within six months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
15. Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication (1 week) on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.
If seller hears nothing from customer within 7 days of payment due date for split payments, Seller has the right to sell the product to someone else or recoup material cost elsewhere.
PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
16. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.customer can sell product so long as it is not sold with the intention to make profitCANCELLATIONS
17. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
18. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
19.Any non payments on dates agreed between seller and customer without notice shall mean no previous payments shall be refunded
20. Customer will understand this is a respectable job and I will not tolerate any oversharing, overstepping or disrespect for my time. If this is done Chstomer shall be told of my boundaries and may have their order cancelled depending on the severity
